OnePlus 2 shows up in detailed photos ahead
The OnePlus 2 is now live, has surfaced in images on XDA-Developers forums. Partly coincides with the photos seen at TENAA listing. Shows the OnePlus Tow in all its angles that includes a metal frame and removable back cover. With Sanstone black finish that has hidden SIM tray with dual SIM slots support that was already confirmed by the CEO recently. While the battery is removable, similar to what the Moto G series poses with.

Dealing with the second version of OnePlus device, which has seen the highly-anticipated fingerprint sensor underneath the OnePlus 2’s screen. Though it’s unclear whether that’s going to act as Home button as well or not.

The OnePlus 2 will come with improved Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 SoC, feature a USB Type-C port, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, dual SIM support and a 3300mAh battery. It got a texture not quite matched by any other smartphone. Like with its predecessr, the OnePlus Two’s back will be removable, and it remains to be seen how easy that operation will be.

The camera has a 13MP dual-LED flash and a laser autofocus sensor with optical image stabilization and it will be the same 5.5″ as in the OnePlus One. On top of Android Lollipop, it will run the company’s own Oxygen OS, which will apparently come with certain features of Android M already.

OnePlus 2 will go official. Staring at 7:30 AM IST (10:00 PM ET), the company will be announcing the highly-advertised smartphone. Stay tuned!
