Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Hits UK Store Shelves, Priced At £219

You can now buy Lumia 640 XL in the United Kingdom, starting from Microsoft’s own online Store in the UK. It was been up for pre-order over there since mid-March, and now it’s finally hits to store shelves found in stock.

Without the need to sign in a contract with an operator, the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL in UK is available at a reasonable price. For £219, VAT included, you can grab the Black and Orange color variants available right away. Offers White Lumia 640 XL or Cyan one, you’ll need to wait some more time.

The Lumia 640 XL is yet another version of smaller Lumia 640 in Microsoft’s portfolio in the UK, which has been up for grabs a few weeks ago. The phablet is almost affordable, even with its decidedly midrange specs.

Key features goes with a 5.7-inch 720p HD touchscreen, a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5 MP selfie-centric sensor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card support and packs a 3000mAh battery.

Under the hood, the Lumia 640 XL is powered by a Snapdragon 400 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU and Adreno 305 GPU. It runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update and will be updated to the latest version of the mobile OS – Windows 10 for phones once that comes out.
