Microsoft Lumia 950 XL Leaked Images Reveals Its Specifications

The screenshot below is said be of the purported Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, which is also given that the Redmond giant will be holding an event next month, on October 6 in New York. On stage on that scheduled date, Microsoft is hugely expected to launch new Windows 10 Mobile powered devices, and the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are pretty much accustomed. Previously leaked apart, now that another set of screenshots surfaced online confirming some of Lumia 950 XL specifications.

Leaked shots was actually posted on a Chinese site, called CoolXap, which they suggest is the screenshot shown below is of Lumia 950 XL’s About page. Where it shows up its face running on Windows 10 Mobile build 10547. Hardware part of the handset has a display resolution of 1440×2560 pixels QHD screen and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipsets paired with 3GB of RAM on-board.

Otherwise, the Lumia 950 XL codenamed “Cityman,” is said to feature a 5.7-inch display, expected to arrive with 32GB of internal storage and an option that includes expand the space using microSD card. On the photography department, it is said to have a 20MP camera setup that too with the support of PureView and a 5MP wide-angle Selfie shooter.  It is also expected to port with USB Type-C connector and finally the Lumia 950 XL packs a 3300mAh battery that is removable one with Qi Wireless charging capabilities and what next?

It was in the past leaks revealed the Continuum dock, that will provide support for the new features coming with Windows 10 Mobile’s Continuum. It will enable the ability to attach additional USB devices to the phone. Before you go wild and know the actual truth, you have to take this note with a pinch of salt.

A week or two left for Microsoft to official launch smaller Lumia 950 alongside the larger phablet-sized Lumia 950 XL and Surface Pro 4, and the next-generation Microsoft Band 2 is also in the unveiling list. Stay tuned!
