About its new desktop operating system Windows 10, Microsoft have shared more details at its BUILD 2015 coinference, alongside its phone platform as well. Later, taking the stage by Joe Belfoire noted that the Windows 10 for phones will arrive later this year. Means that, first of all the Windows 10 OS for desktop goes widely in July, followed after months on smartphones. Now that we learn that the Redmond based software giant is also planning to introduce two new Lumia handsets running on its latest platform. These devices can be expected to run Windows 10 out of the box, and many more to be unwrapped.
Out of a couple, a premium model with codenamed Cityman will pack a 5.7-inch QHD display, runs Snapdragon chipset by Qualcomm with an octa-core CPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage using microSD card and will be backed by a massive 3000mAh battery package, which could be a removable one.
The Cityman Windows 10 handset will feature a 20MP primary camera which is likely to carry the PureView lineup a step further and a 5MP front-facing selfie-centric snapper on board.
Next one, be the Talkman – will feature a 5.2-inch QHD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC with hexa-core CPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB built-in storage, and 3,000 mAh battery. This one will also have a 20MP/ 5MP front camera.
Other than the oft-mentioned rumored specs, no way of verifying the validity of this report is available. So take it with a pinch of salt.
