Motorola has finally made available of its already unveiled Moto G4 smartphone in India for Rs. 12,499. The device was officially announced back last month alongside the Moto G4 Plus without detailing any dates of availability and budget.
The Motorola‘s Moto G4 will go on sale exclusively via Amazon India starting June 23. Here are the details to consider before you go and grab the latest model, that shares almost all the innards as that of the G4 Plus.
The only difference between the Moto G4 and G4 Plus is that the non-plus model misses out the fingerprint sensor and only comes in 2GB RAM+16GB internal storage. The handset also settles for a 13MP rear-facing camera instead of 16MP cam sensor found in the Moto G4 Plus. However, you won’t get a laser autofocus tech either. Both the Moto G4 handsets support 4G VoLTE connectivity options and supports dual-SIM with dual standby with 4G and 3G connections.
Rest of the Moto G4 specifications includes a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor, and also integrated with Adreno 405 GPU under-the-hood. For selfies, the G4 sports a 5MP front-facing camera that includes auto-HDR, Panorama mode and more.
Motorola has also added its TurboCharging feature to newly launched Moto G4. The Lenovo-owned company claims that this technology can deliver up to 6 hours o usage time by charging for 15 minutes. The battery it carries of a 3000mAh cell and the phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
Remind you about the pricing of Moto G4 Plus. It comes at a price-tag of Rs. 13,499 – is thousand rupees more than the original Moto G4, for the 16GB and 2 gigs RAM version, while the 32GB storage and 3GB RAM has been priced at Rs. 14,999.
