The OnePlus 2 specs do sound quite interesting, but there’s still has fact that the device will be powered by a Snapdargon 810 SoC. The chipset is a major market flop and is still suffering from severe overheating and throttling issues. Nevertheless, the OnePlus team has promised that the model ir has chosen is a new version S810 v2.1 and no longert suffers from such problems.

Today we are in front of a leaked AnTuTu benchmark score that allegedly shows the OnePlus 2 (A2001) using new Snapdragon 180 chip to its full capacity. Scored 63,719 points, which might just be the best performance we have seen from Qualcomm’s curent top end line of chips, even better performed than in the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro.

AnTuTu is by no means a simple CPU benchmark and a lot of other hardware and software factors can affect the overall score, which you have mind. If this OnePlus 2 is free of nasty overheating issues with Snapdragon 810 SoC, then, it could prove itself the best handset this year.
