Today’s allegedly leaked info on the said Galaxy A8 smartphone spotted on GeekBench listing, which is a benchmarking website that has revealed some of its specifications and of course, feature additions as well.

The device carrying a model number SM-A810F and was running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. As per the listing, the device is said to be powered by a 64-bit Exynos 7420 Octa-Core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and paired with 3GB of RAM. The same processor was used inside the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge and S6 Edge+ and the Galaxy Note5 as well.

No other specs for the Galaxy A8 (2016) was revealed in the listing, but was recently spotted on GFXBench suggesting the device would flaunt a 5.1-inch full HD (1080p) screen, 32GB of built-in storage, 16MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP selfie front camera. Highlights on the 2016 Samsung Galaxy A series are the optical image stabilization (OIS) camera setup and the same will be expected with the Galaxy A8 launch this year.
