Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 Passes Through TENAA In China

All about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 (model number SM-G7200) which is expected to debut in the near future made a visit to TENAA in China for certification. Thanks to the fact that the Galaxy Grand 2 successor has been approved by China’s Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center.

The Chinese regulator filing reveals that the next Galaxy Grand aka Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 runs 64-bit 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset, 1.5GB of RAM, and 16GB ROM which can in further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. Usually all the forthcoming and new smartphones and tablets are these days packing a 64-bit SoCs and this is yet another to pack.

With a 5.25-inch 720p display, the Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 is thinner and lighter in weight when compared to its predecessor which only measures 146 x 74.8 x 7.95mm (Grand 2 at 146.8 x 75.3 x 8.9 mm, 163 grams), while its weight tips the scale at 140 grams.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing selfie sensor and more off runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box. Next in line would be the slimmest category of smartphones and phablets. As Vivo X5 Max recently launched with a 4.75mm thin body.
