Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Specs Leaks, May Have Edge Variant Without S-Pen; Details

President JK Shin however denies the rumored news regarding the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 in July, just befor Apple’s iPhone 6s. About the alleged Galaxy Note 5 phablet, reports are surfacing though, but aren’t confirmed by the company though. Now, SamMobile throwed another interesting inclusion that the upcoming Galaxy Note 5 sports, along with the rumor that it will be unveiled with another mysterious smartphone that the company is working on. First and foremost speaking about the leaked specs of the yet-unannounced Galaxy Note 5. Specifications are said to go with a QHD 2K display or support with 4K Super AMOLED flat screen, powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 7422 CPU, and flaunts the traditional S-Pen. Non of these are been clarified officially by the Samsung.

Reports that emerged hinted at another rumored device, which Samsung is working on – codenamed “Project Zero 2.” Describes a larger version of the Galaxy S6 edge, but not a fully-blown phablet device like Note 5, since it lacks S-Pen support either.

Apart the oft-mentioned news regarding the next-generation Galaxy Note series, the same source also suggests that the Project Zero 2 aka Galaxy Note 5 Edge is expected to boast a 5.4-inch or 5.5″ Super AMOLED dual-edge curved display and a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor. Offering a 32GB of built-in storage, a 16MP primary camera with OIS, and also houses a 5MP front-facing sensor.

Talking about the rumored release date timeframe of the Galaxy Note 5, which is set for July was been denied by the Samsung Mobile president JK Shin, and said there’s no plans in July to unveil a new smartphone as yet in July, but expected to see two smartphones announced at IFA 2015.
