Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Units And Box Leaks, Will Be Live Streamed In 360-Degrees

Today is the day when Samsung will be making an announcement of its highly-anticipated Galaxy Note 7 at its Unpacked 2016 event. Starts at 10AM PST / 1PM EST and 8:30PM IST. The whole Galaxy Note 2016 event will be offered in 360-degrees live streaming, which will be available through PC, Android and iOS devices and of course the Samsung Gear VR via Unpacked 360 View app.

Unfortunately, a fresh batch of clean shots offers yet another look at the Galaxy Note7 phablet and this time around its retail box. Leaked covers not only oued in one, but rather a total of three. Showing off the Galaxy Note 7 isn Black Onyx and Silver Titanium and the Gold variant as well. As always, they still can’t get cloaser to the quality of the official press renders, which were presented a few days ago.

Although, his does allow us to catch out a total of four color options yet again, suggesting thsi will likely be the official Galaxy Note 7 selection Samsung will be unveiling later today, on August 2. However, the new leaks also offers a close view of the reatil box, that includes a short specifications summary on one side of the bardboard enclosure. Disclosing the screen size first, 143.9mm, clearly indicated a 5.7-inch panel.

About the chipset there isn’t a lot of info on it, which is currently believed to be a choice between a Snapdragon 821 and an Exynos 8893. And the memory is clearly shows up a 4GB RAM, along with 64GB of storage in this particularly leaked Galaxy Note 7 unit. It seems that Samsung would offer the next-generation Galaxy Note with even 128GB of storage, and also decided to jump over to a 6GB of RAM as well. There’s still the possibility on the lines of a “Pro” variant with a RAM upgrade.

Other impressive ones from the box includes the camera setup – a “Dual Pixel” monikor and the 12MP rear, plus 5MP front sensors to be lifted straight from the Galaxy S7. IP68 rating appears to be confirmed as though, making the Note 7 – the first from its family to offer the additional protectin from water and dust. Press shots here.
