Samsung is working hardly on making a radical Galaxy Note 8 design changes which could be getting a dual camera system similar to the iPhone 7 Plus or LG G6. This year for the Galaxy Note 8 could be a bigger one. According to an investor note, tipped that the Note 8 camera could also have up to 3x optical zoom. Here are the details to check out.
As per the KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the Note 8’s camera will apparently be “the most important upgrade” in the upcoming smartphone, with optical stabilization on both lenses, the ability to take both 12-megapixel wide angle and 13-megapixel telephoto shots with 3x optical zoom. Also claims the “Note 8’s dual camera will be the best beat that of on iPhone 7 Plus and likely match that of OLED iPhone,” referring to a top-of-the-line model he expects Apple to introduce later this year. Kuo suggests that the dual rear camera module on the Galaxy Note 8 will be significant design difference from the S8 and the taller variant S8+. This time around, Samsung had given the reason that the dual camera setup would require a higher price tag and more demanding hardware, which indeed fits in with the ethos behind the Galaxy Note line. The display and screen size would be 6.4-inch OLED matching the same 18.5:9 aspect ratio found on both the Galaxy S8 and S8+ – sharing their native QHD+ (2560×1440) resolution. In this case, this will be the first Samsung Galaxy Note to have a dual camera system after the infamous Note 7 debacle. All major manufacturer’s flagships such as iPhone 7 Plus, LG G6, Huawei P10 and of course the newly announced Xiaomi Mi 6 sport dual rear camera setup. Additionally, if Kuo is correct, angling the Note 8 around the upgraded camera could help it to compete with others in the smartphone market.
