Samsung’s Galaxy S7 Launching With Cat.12 LTE Support

Samsung is preparing and all set to schedule a launch date for its next Galaxy S flagship smartphone, rumored as Galaxy S7. Reportedly, there are murmurs regarding its new hardware that may be coming with the integration of the most powerful connectivity feature, the Cat. 12/13 LTE. Details are less known about the 2016 gadget by Samsung, but expected to see in the first quarter of next year.

To Feature Cat 12/13 LTE standards

A brand new report coming out of the company’s home base of South Korea now quotes an anonymous Samsung Electronics official, suggesting that the impending new flagship device will be launched as early as in February, 2016. Device that is speculated is said to come with tri-band carrier aggregation and support the cat. 12 LTE standard, which seamlessly allows for 600Mbps downlink and 150Mbps speeds.

It is also believed to see the début in two variants of Galaxy S7, one of which will be running Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chipset with custom Kryo cores. The SoC will have an X12 LTE modem, supports Cat12/13 LTE standards. Next in the scene will be the Samsung’s in-house Exynos 8890 packed Galaxy S7 with custom Mongoose cores.

Samsung will use a new camera sensor in their new S7 smartphone, this will be a 12 megapixel camera with a new BRITECELL sensor. So we are going to read more speculation about the yet another unannounced handset by Samsung in the upcoming days.
