Snapdragon 810-Powered Galaxy Note 4 Now Reportedly In Testing

Rumors are currently emerging suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which already based on two hardware flavors – the Exynos 7 Octa and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 Chips, is said to be in testing and apparently to be getting a brand new SoC on board. Chipset in question is allegedly pointing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 for the Galaxy Note 4 phablet in the future release.

Talking about the Snapdragon 805 chipset on the Note 4, features a 32-bit architecture and being far the most popular and powering significantly more units is lacking in one particular respect and this could be the one reason with the phablet device’s future-proofing, given the strong push to a 64-bit application ecosystem, introduced by Android 5.0 Lollipop.

About Snapdragon 810 goodies, fixes this issues – as its being a true 64-bit octa-core CPU. It also brings Adreno 430 GPU (graphics) to the table, which is surely be a significant improvement over the current Adreno 420 found in the Galaxy Note 4.

The next or new device is purportedly gone for testing and it will be done by three major South Korea carriers, but unfortunately its unconfirmed as yet. If this is true then a Snapdragon 810 Note 4 sounds really great and for the official word we have to wait for further development in the upcoming days.
