The Apple’s iPhone 7 leaks are coming out strongly and fast right now, with today bringing two new glimpses at what it is claimed as iPhone 7 chassis. It has been a big subject to a host of leaks surrounding its upcoming iPhone 7, the latest information points at the rumored Apple A10 chip. Spotted first on Weibo, which gives us a clear look at all the changes on the next iPhone.
The leaks, showing both photos and video of iPhone 7 shells, simultaneously corroborate and throw shade on existing claims of just what the new iPhone will bring to the table. But it’s far unclear still what will go on sale this September.
The most arguable thing of the two leaks here is a video of a claimed iPhone 7, discovered via the Chinese website. The video, which runs just a few short seconds, shows what appears to be the rear panel of both a Space Gray and Silver iPhone 7.
The antenna bands are seen shifted to the edges, and the protective camera ring surrounding the lens can also be noticed clearly as well. The bottom of the rumored iPhone 7 shows up two speaker grills on both the sides of the Lightning port, bottom, and there’s no sign of the 3.5mm headphone jack.
A new, larger camera lens also holds and the video itself is hard to validate at this point, and at 6-seconds long, it’s fair to say that just as many questions are raised in its wake as are answered. Coupled with a second of the two leaks, the video is the more interesting of the duo.
Here’s the said video in question:
What confirms is the new audio input on the upcoming iPhone 7 will have to be either from the Lightning connector, or through a wireless Bluetooth device. Another leak also specifies the anticipated A10 chipset, which according to the Geekbench scroes 18-percent higher than the A9 processor seen inside the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The performance score is undoubtedly as significant as one would expect. The score lift from A8 to A9 was about 50%.
If the A10 chip expected inside the iPhone 7 smartphone, then it will reduce the size of the processor making room for battery life and likely slimmer handset. It was yesterday, reported that the iPhone 7 to feature a 1960mAh battery which is 14-percent faster than its predecessor’s cell.
The second leak shows a selection of supposed iPhone rear case, again feature that telltale antenna design. However, is the new, darker Space Gray color that had been additionally speculated of late. Many had wondered whether the move to a darker, almost black chassis would rekindle some of the fanatics seen for the iPhone 5 a few years ago.
The lack of darker Space Gray model in this new leak doesn’t actually mean one isn’t coming, so bear that in mind before you get too downhearted. The iPhone 7 is expected to offer new storage options, come with a Force Touch Home Button, and possibly be water resistant. Get 3GB RAM and accommodate the dual camera setup and Smart Connector at the back.
