Xiaomi Mi5s Is Coming With A Pressure-Sensitive Display, An Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner And More

Tipped in a new leak that Xiaomi is apparently working on a new variant of Xiaomi Mi5, the successor that is said to be coming integrated with upgraded hardware keys. As the Mi5 flagship has arrived not too long ago on the market and its praises comes from good build quality that matched by most of high-end specifications, and in typical Chinese fashion, an affordable pricing. Now that it has been appeared that the Xiaomi Mi5s is in works, said to be coming sporting pressure-sensitive display and iPhone 6s-like 3D Force Touch tech as well found on Huawei Mate S.

About the yet-unannounced Mi5s smartphone today, we have something really good news for those Xiaomi fans. In addition, the alleged phone is expected to come with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor from the Qualcomm chip maker. Rest of the features also adds a dual camera and 6GB of RAM.

Rumors has it then, the Mi 5s to come with a 5.5-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixel full HD resolution screen and other specs include top-of-the-line innards. If this report is accurate then we are going to see another rival competing with some best smartphones in the era, like Huawei P9 Plus, ZTE’s Axon mini and of course Samsung’s Galaxy S7, etc. Under-the-hood, the device is said to have the power of Qualcomm Snapdragon 823, while the Mi5 got SD 820 processor.

Not one there are two in the line, as the Mi5s, according to Chinese leak also suggests Xiaomi Mi Note 2 with 5.7-inch curved screen. Non of these written are confirmed officially, so take these with a pinch of salt for now.
