Nubia’s Bezel-Less Smartphone Render Leaks Online

New render of the Nubia’s upcoming bezel-less smartphone has been surfaced online, depicting a thin handset with small top and bottom bezels and almost no side bezels. Newly leaked render is somewhat identical to the one that surfaced online last week and has the same origin seeing how the two handsets even feature similar lock screens. Here’s everything we know so far.

Until now, the only bezel less device with screen to body density of more than 90% is Xiaomi Mi MIX. Due to its partial availability, it is not on sale to most of the users who want to own it. In order to compete with Xiaomi’s bezel-less Mi MIX, Nubia is soon going to launch a bezel-less device.

As the new render leak partially redacted and therefore not completely revealing its actual, though it does indicate that the mysterious smartphone boasts a circular red capacitive Home key that’s a hallmark of handsets created by the Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer. While the render also shows up what may be a volume up button or the top of a volume rocker on the right side of the device’s body.

In the leaked image we can see the thinness of the bezels. In the Sketchy render, we can estimate the body to content ratio of 90-percent, as if the bottom part is concerned, it seems that, Nubia is going to add on screen Home button instead of hardware soft touch buttons.

If the above image is anything to become true, then it’s going to give a touch competition to Mi MIX. Also, it will mark the new era of bezelless devices. With some of the recently leaked renders indicate that the Shenzhen, China-based phone vendor is owrking on a bezel-less device that would be similar to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. Taking the case of LG G6, these devices have higher screen ration in comparison to other devices.

The company is however not seemingly copying Samsung’s design language, though the alleged Nubia-branded device show up a screen that is likely to feature a standard 16:9 aspect ratio. The Chinese original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is currently expected to launch the Nubia Z17 on Thursday, June 1. One of the numerous leaks previously suggested that the Nuia Z17 will sport a more conventional design.

Very soon, an update on Nubia’s other forthcoming products including their availability and pricing information is expected to follow in the near future. Hope Nubia will launch this device as soon as possible to get more sales.
