The Samsung Galaxy Note5 has been introduced with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box, and today its receiving Android Marshmallow. Version 6.0 of mobile operating system purely focuses on App Permissions, Web Experience, App Links, Power & Charging. For Galaxy Note 5, Android 6.0 Marshmallow update also brings new ‘Doze’ battery saving feature that actually uses motion detection to reduce background activity when the gadget is in standby, but nevertheless, it will still wake up for important events such as Alarms.
The update also includes updated visual interface, like what the Galaxy S6 Android 6.0 Marshmallow gained, which includes new animations, present on the official Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. It also added a new Android Security patch for March as well and lot more there to play.
