Apple Releases Public iOS 9.3 Beta 2 Download For Testers [Updated]

Those enrolled in Apple’s public testing program can now download iOS 9.3 beta 2 on their devices, as it was already made available for Developers.

Update can be found in the software section in the native iOS Settings app. The public beta 2 release arrives two days after iOS 9.3 preview was provided with the second beta to registered members in Apple Developer program. It brings with it new Control Center switch for Night Shift. Users can access it by swiping up from the bottom of the screen, and the quick access icon can be found in the cener, between the calculator shortcuts.

Night Shift mode let users access and take control over display temperature on compatible iPhones and iPads, which is limited to 64-bit hardware with the most recent firmware versions of iOS 9.3 beta. Biggest change from the first to the second beta is the new Night Shift controll button in the Control Center.

Using device clock and geolocation assets to calculate local sunset, the Night Shift mode automatically shifts display colors to warmer end of the spectrum for optimal night time viewing. Second iOS 9.3 public beta 2 also includes encrypted Notes, new 3D Touch actions and offers the ability to pair with multiple Apple Watchs with a single iPhone. For iPad it brings improvements to Educational sector and more.
