You can now download iOS 10.3 final version IPSW links for compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices, as Apple has released a huge new update for all the users. Here are the details.

What’s important to note is that currently there is no jailbreak available for iOS 10.3, with last public jailbreak being yalu102 for iOS 10.x.x-10.2 devices. If jailbreaking is your idea, avoid updating your device to iOS 10.3.
