iOS 9 Beta 4 Brings Music Home Sharing Back To iPhone, iPad Devices

With the roll out of iOS 8.4, Apple removed the music Home Sharing from the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch devices, but brought new Apple Music, Beats 1 radio station and Music app, and that was the only reason why the company removed the Home Music Sharing from iOS devices. Nevertheless, today with the seed of iOS 9 beta 4 download for developers, found the past music home sharing back in the firmware version.


Actually, Apple’s Eddie Cue announced a while ago that the company were working on bringing Home Sharing back in iOS 9 final this fall. If you are a developer and have access to download iOS 9 beta 4 from Apple Developer Program, and installed on your devices, you’ll see the release brought music home sharing back.

Apple will release the full and final version of iOS 9 some time this fall, the software is expected to launch in September along with the new iPhone series – the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus alongside the new iPad Pro.

Apple made available iOS 8.4 for iPod touch 6 last week. Here’s Public Beta that was also released about two weeks back. Final version of iOS 9 will be available to download for compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices this fall.
