Sony Launching A New Slim PS4 Bundle With Two Call of Duty Games At $300

On the PlayStation Blog, Sony has mentioned its plans to launch a new $300 bundle with the 500GB slim PS4 model with what actually interests is fully packaged with the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy edition. Here’s what Sony announced with the latest slim PS4 gaming console that arrives after Christmas.

Following last year’s successful CoD: Black Ops III bundle, Sony plans to bundle the PS4 with the latest Call of Duty game starting next week. It’s not originally referred to as the Legacy edition in the port, but nevertheless, it includes both key components: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered. The latter is only available with premium editions of Infinite Warfare.

It was already reported a sweat deal on an Xbox One S upcoming, and today we have a confirmed news of an existing new PS4 bundle to look forward to. Next week, Sony and Activision are launching a Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare bundle, which will come with a slim PS4 (500GB), a controller, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

All of this can be had for a cool $299.99 USD. This slim PS4 bundle includes a physical copy of Infinite Warfare and a digital copy oof Modern Warfare Remastered. Before you do anything with that bundle, sell the copy of Infinite Warfare, better remember that the Infinite Warfare disc needs to be inserted in order to play the Call of Duty 4 remaster. That also has some incredible DLC right around the corner that adds new maps and a brand new 90s-rave-themed zombies stage. Could be a great opportunity to jump in and start playing with friends.

Don’t forget: if you’re looking to go all out this holiday season and pick up PlayStation VR as well, then, that Infinite Warfare is something for you as well. The Jackal Assault VR Experience is available as a free download from the PlayStation Store. So, you don’t even need to own a copy of Infinite Warfare to enjoy this game – it’s free for everyone.

The Japanese maker doesn’t however indicate if this bundle will replace the existing Uncharted 4 bundle that has served as the de facto way to purchase a PS4. Unlike Microsoft, which offers several Xbox One bundles simultaneously. While Sony hasn’t done that rather has generally shield away from doing the same. If you’re interested in the Uncharted bundle, you may want to pick one up now.
